Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea and am an owner/breeder/handler of Italian Greyhounds as well as an owner and occasionally handler of Dobermans (my original breed) :) I currently own 6 Italian Greyhounds, and my website is www.raindanceigs.com . I also co-own 2 Dobes with my mother Susan and the dobes' website is www.raindancedobes.com . :)

Welcome to DSNN Chelsea, great to have you. :) Your mother sent me the link to your website a while ago along with other work you've done. You are very talented, e.g., I loved the Eateries cover, maybe your mom can post some of your work for others to see, you've done some really stunningly beautiful things. I just now had a chance to go through your lovely website page by page…. WOW!!! I love it, love the clean simplicity of it, love your choice of photos.

As I was looking at the different conformation of the IGs (reflected in the win photos you’ve published) I couldn’t help but wonder if IG people are a bit more relaxed about win photos and photos in general. I wonder if your IG photos are picked apart the way we Doberman people pick our dog's photos apart. Your mom probably has noted a difference (if any) over the years.

Anyway, it’s you have a stunning website. I understand that you do this professionally, I think your input would be a value to many other dog websites, including ours.

It's actually really nice, either IG peoiple don't care enough about it or just decide to keep their mouth shut - so if I decide I like a photo I post it, if I don't then I don't - and I don't have to worry about people pestering me that the dog's foot is a quarter of an inch out of place ;) Plus, anyone who has ever shown an IG before will tell you what a humbling experience it is - try getting a win photo LOL ;)

your site is really beautiful and professional looking. I have always been attracted to IGs and whippets....if the IGs weren't so fragile I'd totally consider having one, but I have a rambunctous dobie loverboy!! HAHA!

Chasing the Wind and Infiniti Night Fall have very striking color.

Thank you! Not sure if it's my background in Dobermans but their color (seal, an off-black) is my favorite :) I prefer them to be mostly solid in color, makes it that much easier to admire their beautiful silhouettes :) Course at this point it is mostly by coincidence that most of my dogs are solid Seal - but I'm happy that is the case!
