One year ago we lost our red girl Kayla at 9 1/2 to bone cancer.
She was our very first exposure to rescue. We brought her home from her foster Mom Athy's house at 8 months old.
Kayla was dumped at Baltimore shelter for tearing up bathroom where she was being kept.
This redhead (our first red head as well) stole our hearts from the moment we brought her home.
She taught all of our foster boys who came thru she was in charge and that each should bow down to her. And they did.
Kayla was full of life, full of love and mostly absolutely full of herself:)
We miss her terribly and not a day goes by that I dont think of all her antics.
We miss you baby girl!
