That lady in the pink (armband #12) is Carissa DeMilta... I took about 200 photos of her with a red bitch in Winners on Sunday at Trenton. This is embarrassing to admit, but I thought that Carissa had Wei; she did not. Wei was handled by someone else in Winners.:o

Honestly, in my defense, I was tired, old, slightly demented and had completely lost it... I was so busy looking at Carissa and “Not-Wei “ through the camera lens that I never looked at the rest of the entry.

Tina knew I had the wrong bitch, told me so. I responded something like, "What, you think I don't know which one is Wei?" :p

And of course, the answer is "Yes, you idiot... Carissa is NOT showing Wei." Even if Tina thought it, she politely never said so. I can't imagine what she was thinking, but she kept it to herself.:cool:

At this point I have no idea who Carissa is showing because we did not buy a catalog and Trenton was not an MBF show. Sunday was a Rau dog show and they are not online.

I thought we could post these photos here so that someone might recognize the bitch. Her owner might like the photos.

Foxfire's Magic Dragon out of Ch. Niklby Make Mine Xtra Special Jalyn - bred and owned by Lynn M. Jackson. Carissa is allowed to show her in Winners (even though she isn't the breeder), because the breeder only has to show in the original Bred-by class, but anyone can take the entry into Winners.


Btw, we hear the Magic Dragon died, :( Is this true?

NO this is not true. Magic has no symptoms of cardio at this time. He actually looks better now than he ever has. I saw him just a few days ago and he is doing great.

Phew... that's a relief, hadn't heard about Cardio... but we'd heard ringside in Trenton that he'd passed. Good to know he's fine and you saw him just a few days ago :)

Not sure who you mean by "her." Rau lists Lynn M. Jackson as the breeder... and the owner. It does not list Carissa as one of the breeders, but she doesn't have to be to take a Bred-by bitch back in for winners. :)

How nice... we didn't purchase a catalog... I got the info I posted about her off of the Rau website, which only lists Lynn... congrats to all, she is a lovely bitch, and I should know, I took 200 photos of her. :D
