Over time we have all seen that you are a very ignorant, sanctimonious, malicious gossip... with one inane, petty agenda after another. I can’t begin to count all the people you’ve harassed over the years, based on ignorance or your skewed version of reality. You use CyberDobes to attack one victim after another. At the moment you are after Mr. Martin. Could this possibly be because his name is on the ballot to judge the National? Or, is it because you are jealous of what he has accomplished? Cleary you have accomplished nothing of any importance in life, so you attack those who have.

It appears that you are so blinded by your moronic zeal to attack Mr. Martin you can not comprehend that you have published less that half of the facts. The lawsuit settled in Mr. Martin’s favor BEFORE discovery was complete. Do you understand what that means Cheri? It means you DO NOT have all the facts. Apparently presenting only one side of the story suits some petty moronic agenda of yours, so be it. You can not even offer the pretext of being unbiased here, nor can you remotely claim to understand the legal process.

Since you chose to dwell in the gutter, how about publishing the email that Ms. Teague’s aunt sent to Mr. Martin’s attorney (which was produced in this case and is attached here below). Or, if you wish to turn CD into a quazi-legal forum, how about publishing everyone's court transcripts ... of traffic violations, drug arrests, divorces and criminal proceedings... you could embarrass everyone!!! Let's start with you and your family member’s brushes with the law. I hear your son served time in jail. If that is true, how about publishing the court transcripts from your son's conviction? What does that reveal about you as a person?

After all your years of selective malicious attacks on people, it appears that what the aunt said about Ms. Teague applies to you Cheri as well. You and Sandy are two peas in pod. Had you even a spec of wisdom or integrity you’d crawl back under the rock you slithered out of.

A short list of people McNealy has recklessly and maliciously maligned over the years includes: Ann Lanier, Eve Auch, Theresa Mullen, Michelle Santana, Shirley Eck, Athy Conigliaro, Dr. Danoff, Kathy Babbitt, Pat Reinhardt ... and now Philip Martin. It is of concern to me that the uniformed reader actually believes Ms McNealy’s skewed version of reality. McNealy has shaped public opinion. Her defamatory diatribes have injured the reputations of dozens of good people over the years. Many of these people have given decades to our breed. What McNealy does is wrong, it hurts good people and it offends me.
Recently McNealy chose to post Martin’s deposition and other privileged documents, in an idiotic effort to embarrass Mr. Martin. I simply asked McNealy how she would like to have her conduct thrown back in her face. If she can dish it out, year after year after year, maybe she should walk in the shoes of the people she has hurt all these years and experience how they feel.
About Nate, learning abilities aside, the lad is a criminal, who purportedly has had problems with weapons, drugs and theft. He is arguably a menace to society. Whatever shame his parents may rightly feel, my heart goes out to the victims of his crimes, not to McNealy. In my opinion, McNealy has maliciously attacked many many people over the years, she has no Rock of Kindness sand Decency to stand on. Rather, I see her as an ignorant thug (who types fast), with access to a keyboard and the internet. Her conduct offends me and I said so.

What McNealy does, by pursuing one petty agenda after another, is extremely destructive. Her conduct is intolerable. If she were actually in dogs and owned a dog, I suspect AKC would have set her down years ago when she started publicly attacking judges, because her conduct is Prejudicial To the Sport. People of integrity should probably have shut her down years ago for her personal attacks. Many simply walk away shaking their heads, but there are people who stand by watching McNealy over that years and do nothing, much like they slow to watch a car wreck on the highway. The email was sent to many people - rather than CD - because it would never get to CD. Ms McNealy is a gossip monger who edits CD to omit facts and opinions that portray her for what she is... a sad, pathetic, nasty woman. LIke most credible adults, we ignore McNealy, and that is clearly an excellent choice, but to some extent her bile pollutes our world.. and we are tired of it, so we said something.
