We hear from the grapevine that Mr. Lui (the man in India who purchased Zeus de Black Shadow and Tungsten's daughter Piper from Jose Polanco), has bred Piper. Piper was whelped March 13, 2007. She is 14 months old.

What is the minimum age 18 months? The mental maturity is the main issue with bitches correct?

At 14 months she isn't physically mature as well as emotionally mature. It is a sad situation for all involved that care.
