I am proud to announce that Ch Kaywood's Clear Night Conquest took Back To Back Best Of Breeds at the New Castle shows this past weekend. This was all owner handled, way to go Quest!
Shadeko's Royal Tribute was Winners Dog on Sunday as well as Reserve Winners on Saturday, owner breeder handled.
Shadeko's When Dreams Come True, first weekend out at 6 months old was Reserve Winners Bitch on Saturday and won her puppy class on Sunday all owner breeder handled!
We are very excited!
When I figure out how to post pics here I will post pics of all these dogs.

Not sure where the other photos are... Tina was there at the show because she expected to see Vaako (and possibly Kelly one more time)... neither were at the show after all. Tina stayed to watch the judging and took some photos of what caught her eye. As a favor to all of us, she kindly sent them to me to post. No slight to ANYONE was intended. :)

Honestly, I love seeing other breeder's dogs... I think we all learn from each other... and good dogs (regardless of the pedigree and who owns them) are good for the breed.

CH JAGER'S HOT CARAMEL MACHIATO, I had the pleasure of seeing this bitch in person at the Terre Haute Indiana shows. Lovely bitch. She was beat by CH Marienburg's Inaqui Sukiyaki (spelling?) for the breed all 4 days I believe which surprised me. CH Marienburg's Inaqui Sukiyaki had a group 1 on one of the days I believe. Handled by Moe. They both are superb bitches in my opinion and I am envious.

Tina did take phots of others, but, as anyone who's ever tried to get a photo of a dog knows, sometimes the photos don't turn out as nice as you'd like, even photos of fantastic dogs. Than angle has to be perfect, the camera's shutter has to snap the shot at that exact moment... you all know what I mean. I do not think the ohter photos do the dogs justice.

The other photos are nice, but not spectacular. Both CH JAGER'S HOT CARAMEL MACHIATO and the Breed winner, CH KAYWOOD'S CLEAR NITE CONQUEST are lovely Dobermans. Consider this, the entry was terrifice quality all the way around... and it looks like the judge did a superb job. WD and WB were very nice, Breed and BOS were even nicer on the day. They should be rperesented well. So, Pat will send the winning pics of the Breed Winner ASAP, and we will post them. If anyone has any other photso of the day, we'll post them too.

Btw, Pat tells me that Quest is VWD Clear, dominant black and no dilution, which are all "extra icing on the cake." So, here is a photo of Shadeko's When Dreams Come True (a.k.a. Rally) who won her puppy class Saturday Sunday and Monday and was Reserve on Saturday at 6 months old. She is a Quest daughter.

Ch Marienburg's Inaqui Sukiyaki is a nice bitch and Moe does a great job with her. We have a lot of good bitches out here in the west and it is hard to finish them with all that competition. Though I have noticed a drop in bitch entries the last few shows and an uptick in dogs. Would be interesting to know if it has been the same in other areas.

Heart felt congrats to all the winners this past weekend and good luck to those that show this weekend.

Keep the pictures coming, I for one are enjoying them.
