Patrick & Ricky: Beardies at play

Thought I would share a new picture of Ricky & Patrick and their new game. I call it The Shark Game. Ricky is on the bed (his only safe haven from the little shark) and Patrick will jump up like fish out of water to attack Ricky. They play shark face back and forth till Rick had decided he is finished. The way he puts up with this puppy is amazing. I have never seen a 9 yr old dog put up with a puppy like this. I just warms my heart. He is so good to the little guy. Oh and Rick's beard is such a mess because they just got finished digging in a mole hole together.:mad:

Now that's prudy darn cute... :) I can't recall any other breed that loves other dogs of the breed as much as Beardies love each other. Ringside you have to keep them separated because they all love each other and want to jump all over each other. :):):)

We have to keep the Dobes apart ringside, but it's not because of too much love. ;)

I have to say I think you are right. Beardies are a breed that really do enjoy each others company. You can have a whole back yard full of them and every one of them will get along.
Ringside can be crazy with them. Not to say inside the ring. If they focus on someone or dog outside the ring. Well good luck! And there is nothing cuter than watching a 6 mth old beardie trying to keep all 4 feet on the ground in a show ring. Just makes you laugh:D:D:D

Ah yes the shark game!!!! It is great fun. Eva plays it with Tabitha (our TFT) and Joy Joy(our 10 yr. old dobe) I call it the alligator game. I swear Eva's eyes move to the very top of her head and her teeth grow. Thankfully she can't whip me with her tail.
