Oddest Approaches in History

I think that all of us who own dogs can remember that awkward feeling when you first approach someone, inquiring if they have a dog available for sale. It may have been years ago, but I recall feeling like I had to grovel... and, in fact with one or two people, that’s pretty much what they expected. So, I try to be sympathetic whenever we are approached. But every once in a while someone comes along who really makes me smile.

We got this email this morning... no signature... best I can say is that it’s a bit brief. :D:D:D I sent it privately to a few people, one of whom pointed out that the sender is in South Korea. Emails like this always make me want to respond, "Sure, we have a complete stock of sizes and colors available in all 12 flavors... and today only we have a two-for-one sale, but they are still cheaper by the dozen. How many would you like?

So, I emailed asking if Battleplan was from South Korea... here is his response. Btw, we do not have a black male on our website except for Feinbrand, whom we co-own with Bob and Cheryl... I'll go run it by them to see if they want to sell Vaako to South Korea :D:D:D

I had a man contact me a few years back who wanted to know if I had any adult bitches for sale because his MALE doberman was in heat and needed bred! :eek::eek:
When I asked him how he knew that his MALE was in season, he replied, "CUZ his "FIRE-Engine" is always out of the garage."
He hung up before I could regain my composure!! :D:D

Ok...the response to the folks from S.Korea..."Only if you can pry him out of our cold,dead hands!"

My husband(who is in Pittsburg and on the telly right now) has a few more colorful things to add, which I can't repeat here, but those who know Bob, can easily imagine what they were. LOL!!!!!
