With having a Toy Fox Terrier bitch and two Doberman bitches reisiding in our home accidents are bound to happen. Whether it is vomit or Tabitha marking her territory there always seems to be a mess to clean up. I have tried many of the pet odor formulas at the store and even a secrete baking soda/hydrogen peroxide/dish soap recipe to no avail. I ordered this bacteria/enzyme based stuff off of Ebay. It actually works pretty well. I use it in our Hoover carpet cleaner. I have no doubt that a rental extractor would further aid in eliminating any pet odor. A good rental unit from an equipment place, not the grocery store.
