I can't BELIEVE I'm even thinking about this. I can't stand liver, but Bah wants it. So, after 20 years of showing without liver, I find myself in need of a great recipe. Why do I say GREAT? Because I'm not doing a taste test!!! Yucky...:p Can someone post a good one, please?:confused:

I don't know if mine is great but here it is.

Beef or veal liver in slices. Boil in water with 1tsp garlic powder, pinch of rosemary, pinch of anise, for a few minutes. then bake for about 10 minutes at 350 , flip half way. Seems to work for us, but I don't think the "recipe" is set in stone. You could serve it raw for all the dogs care....

Jan,
I'm hoping you can make me up some liver for Warkant. Hopefully the dogs at the airport won't eat it.

One Pound Beef Liver

1 Tablespoon Oil

Puree Liver In Food Processor And Then Add The Rest Of Ingredients. Grease Oblong Pan

Bake At 350 Degrees For 15 Minutes: Then Cut Into Squares (this Keeps It From Getting A Big Bubble In The Middle)

Lindsay,
I congratulated Carmen the other day, but you definately deserve some credit. She mentioned that he showed very well. She had very good things to say about how you had prepared him for his first show. There usually are some very nice dogs at that show. What an excellent start for the both of you. Good luck and thanks for the receipe.

Thanks Arthur and Elaine. I have been trying my very best with him. He's such a great dog; I feel so lucky to have him and to have Carmen and Patience as mentors.

Will you guys be at any upcoming shows? I'd love to see you guys again! :D
