It would be in your best interest to be very cautious in dealing with Arthur and Elaine Greenwood. They are not as they appear on the surface. Make sure you have written contracts and if a problem occurs be prepared to argue each and every point of the contract with them. Be very very careful

Some one who posts here on DSNN got the email above and sent it on to us. Other's who post their email addresses here might have received the same email from old "Fake Mr Johanson." We were wondering, for all those out there that have our puppies, and have been oppressed by our voluminous contract... we'd love to hear your horror stories about how you had to argue each and every point of our contract.:D

Background, a few weeks ago someone calling themselves "breederethics" with the same ip address as "doggiestyle" tried to register on DSNN, we declined the membership... in part because the word ethics seemed inappropriate for this member. So, I guess this email is the result. We do not know a Henry Johanson and have never sold a dog to a Henry Johanson. (honestly, I do not think the name would even be correctly spelled with only one “n.” I think old Henry / Henriette is a big fake all the way around. Would be nice if this sleazy weasel had the guts to post under their own name. As for the dogs we sell, except for showing at the Futurity in 2007, we do not force any obligations on anyone other than that the dog must come back to us if the co-owner chooses to part with it for any reason... and we are very very cautious about breeding and so are the people who have our puppies, which is one resaon we know where our Logres dogs are.

Well, this low life who needs to move on and get a real life quite obviously is full of horse manure and knows not what they are talking about.
What contract? The only thing in writing is what name/names the dog is registered to with the AKC.
I personally feel that you should go the legal route at this point and find out who belongs to the IP address and lay some false defamation charges, or whatever this is classed as.
I will be the first up there as a character witness for both you and Arthur.
Both of you are there for all of us through good times and bad and any time of the day.
OK, so in answer to your question E1, we have not received an email yet from this low life child.

I have not ONE but TWO. I guess I just love to be utterly abused by the Greenwoods! Oh, and as for contract...um...what contract? Also, as far as standing with you....In court, Tungsten and I will BOTH be IN THE COURTROOM!:eek: That would be to demonstrate the foul treatment that produces such ill mannered dogs!:p:p:p. All kidding aside, Elaine and Arthur have been mentors, responsible and interactive breeders that genuinely incorporate the new placement parents as family, and most importantly, deeply appreciated and loved friends. I can say this, after Elaine flatly turned me down on my offer for a different dog of theirs. It was an inappropriate match, and she said as much, flatly and openly. She told be (in volumes) of the pros and cons of each dog, and ultimately selected Tungsten for me. It wasn't JUST a placement. The Greenwoods turned my life around with their caring and guidance. In 25 years of dog obsession, I have never encountered anyone with their ethic. NEVER. Elaine has said, on many occasions, that because we co own a dog, we are joined at the hip for life. From another, that would have been a deal breaker. From Elaine and Arthur, it was the DEAL MAKER!:D The jackass (for give my language, I have others being muttered as I write that are not suitable for public viewing) that spewed this drivel should return to the dung heap from which he emerged.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
