Can we submit more than one photo???
At the contest deadline on June 9, 2008 you can only have one photo submitted for the contest. But up until then you can post as many photos as you like. You will just have to delete all but one by the photo deadline. If you forget, the Administrator will delete all but one (for posters who post more than one photo).

this is a head shot of my favorite puppy who we lost a few days short of being a year...he had just won a reserve to a major 2 weeks (handled by myself) prior his death....we were at friends who fed him a bone without our knowledge (a small bone from ribs and it got caught in his intestines) my son had to deal with this as i was 9 hours away...he was my son s dog and to death we never could get another one quite like our Liam...a red boy...sigh its life...but it still hurst after all those years...
My son is slightly mentally handicapped and i must say he was the bravest boy ever...

Oh Francoise,
I am so sorry to hear that you lost this boy, is he the lovely Hunter son you had at the National?

that one had to be placed because of occlusion problems (in my line we have lots of underjaw and sometimes this plays bad tricks on you) Liam was a closely line bred boy who had all the qualities i love in a boy here is one of his last pic taken before we lost him (will be close to 5yrs soon)
I have always loved red boys the best and seem to be unlucky with them...in a better note his full brother won our Canadian National last year...my son was so glad he was crying for him it was like his Liam being there...

Thanks E2,
It was a weird thing... I had a plumber working in the kitchen for over an hour, and she never woke up, she was sleeping so hard.

This is a picture of one of my puppies - they're 10 weeks old now. This boy will be known as Emerald's Black Onys - he's going to a super agility home in Oregon. This picture was taken around 6 weeks of age.

Tungsten went to the Portland Art Museum,
where he brushed up on LaTrec and Degas.
Shape and form, use of light, you REALLY need
to study it closely to appreciate it...

when we lived on flat (Lubbock, TX) our Pagan liked to play with hula hoops ... but when we moved to a property on a steep hill, he sort of gave them up :(
he used to entertain himself for long periods of time, rolling them around, running through them and carrying them, etc.

Stir,
I'm Mr. E1, don't know if Elaine mentioned that we had an Afghan... Lexi, a black bitch... loved her. I just had to tell you how beautiful Pagan is... so elegant, angulated and full of that Afghan puppy clownishness that we so loved in Lexi. Love these photos. Thanks for sharing them.

Why Hullo Mr. E1 :) nice to meet you!
When we first tried to roll the hula hoop, here in PA, in the dog yard/pasture, and it rolled away, down to the bottom, Pagan turned and looked at us and said, "umm yeh, you get it"...and that was that. (in fact, hmmm, he sounded a lot like Brian from "The Family Guy"... hmmm)
He also discovered girls right about that time...sigh. They grow up so soon!

Boy to I remember the, "you threw it, you go get it look" from Lexi. Here is a photo of her, with Cartier on the left side of the photo and Liz on the right. The photo is old... and the resoluition is not so good... geesh, seems like an eternity ago. :)
