Subject: [DPCA_on_line] Prestigious Award Opportunity: DPCA Seeking Entries

The American Kennel Club is now accepting nominations for the Awards of Canine Excellence (ACE), recognizing purebred dogs that have accomplished something significant (big or small) to benefit the community or an individual. The AKC will appoint a winner in each of the following categories: Law Enforcement, Search & Rescue, Therapy, Service and Companion Dog. Each winner will be presented with a medallion and a $1,000 check at the AKC/Eukanuba Championship in Long Beach, California.

With this year being the Doberman Pinscher's Centennial anniversary, we would like to make an especially excellent showing. We have seen your powerful stories and would like to help you tell them.

If you would like to participate, please visit: http://dpca.org/faithful/interact_ace.htm

You will find an online entry form where you can submit the required information to us. We will edit each entry and take care of mailing submissions to the AKC.

Deadline: It is imperative that we receive your entry (via above Website) by May 9th, so that we have sufficient time to edit, process and secure additional information from you if necessary.

Photography: The AKC requires that a color photo accompany each submission. Once you complete the form, you will receive instructions regarding where to send your photography. We MUST have the photos that accompany your story by May 16th

Additional information needs: All additional details are available through our Website via the link indicated above. However, please feel free to contact me if you should have questions: Stjohnshani@hotmail.com

Thank you,

Shani St. John,
