Well, it’s gray and over cast here in NC today… E2 is probably within a few hundred miles of home right about now. To say that I loved having her and that I will miss her dearly is a gross understatement. :o She and I are obviously twins , separated at birth. We had a blast and somehow managed to stay out of jail.:D Actually, truth be told, we never did find the time to get all liquored up and go joy riding around town, we’ll have to get to that next time. :p Mostly we shopped, ate, visited with friends, dropped on on Julie at Moore Co Coffee... and played with the dogs.

E2 loved the area. She and Tom may very well end up here, at least part time. Here are some photos of one of the properties she looked at… 25 acres with a nice pond. There were other possibilities… hopefully E2 and Tom will be back here next spring. In the meantime, she’ll have her hands full with Q and Almé.

While she was here E2 did her best to help out the North Carolina economy; I believe she bought one of every thing that is for sale in this state. Tom will no doubt be thrilled. Just loading all her purchases for the trip home blew out all four tires on her SUV and Almé had to ride on the roof rack. :D:(
As for me, I recently fell into a wad-cash and had my sights set on some much bigger ticket items. For one thing, I’ve been on the lookout for something to replace the riding mower, something sporty for those quick trips into town. I was able to nickel a dime the former owner of this little baby. It's now mine, all mine!!! Won't it be great for short trips and when I drop in on Phil later this week.
