In the meantime, Oliver is in a most loving foster home finally being loved and spoiled. Everyone who has met Oliver falls in love with him.

Oh my. How anyone could let him get to that point is wrong on so many levels. Keep us posted on his progress.

Will do Andy.
This is one of the worst I have seen. This dog had been at shelter a short period of time so imagine him even thinner when he arrived there.
Oliver certainly has alot of folks who have fallen head over heels for him and the person that adopts him will be one lucky person(s). That of course, given his skeletal state will be a bit down the road tho.
He especially deserves to be spoiled rotten after his obviously horrid past.
We'll be starting the raffle on Oliver on or about Valentines Day so will def keep everyone posted on the start :)

I put a check in the mail today.:)
Thank you Elaine and Oliver thanks you as well:)
I just will never understand how anyone could see a creature this emaciated/skeletal and not do anything about it.
Oliver will soon be in for the "big snip" , fattened up and then on his way to his "forever home".

It is with much joy that I announce Oliver, the emaciated dober boy
https://sites.google.com/site/dobenet/Home/dogs-in-need (scroll down to Oliver)
has found his forever home :) and is settling in nicely. His adopters recently lost their doberboy a while ago and have been waiting for the right time to adopt.
They must have been waiting for Oliver because he def has stolen their hearts as he has with so many.
DAR&E will be running his raffle (Groceries for Oliver) which is a $100 gift card for grocery store until our May 3rd BBQ.
Thank you to all who have played and we def still have tickets available.
While Oliver has found his home, all funds raised will continue to help other dobes who come into our program in need such as Zane.

Stay tuned for another very special needs boy by the name of Romeo.
Romeo is fighting severe HW infestation and absolutely skeletal as well.
Please keep him in your thoughts. He has had his first HW treatment but the HW's are so bad, the estimation is as long as 6 months.
Thanks again for all who have followed Olivers' plight.
