Tom Gravelle’s father Bud suffered a massive stroke and major heart attack yesterday. Tom's brother found him when he failed to respond to the folks from Meals on Wheels. He passed away this morning before Tom got chance to see him. The funeral will be next Monday.

I never met Tom’s dad, but I spent a good deal of time with Tom when he and E2 were down here a few months ago. I can tell you for a fact that Tom is one of the most thoughtful caring, loving men you’ll ever meet, and he got that from somewhere. I suspect he was a chip of the old block. Arthur and I send heartfelt condolences to both E2 and to Tom on the passing of his father.

Sorry Tom and E2. Remember the good times and know that he must be in a better place. I assume he was up there in age but even if one were to live to 150 it is just not enough time.

Thank you Elaine, Arthur and Andy

Yes E1, Tom is very much like his Dad for sure.
Andy, Bud was 83. He served overseas in WWII with the Royal Canadian Navy and has been sharing many stories with us of late and we are grateful for that.
His will to be around has been waning since the loss of Tom's Mom 3 years ago.
He is at peace now.

Tom & E2,

Roger & I are very sorry to hear about your loss! But sounds like he had a full life, from what we read above.

God’s Speed Mr.Gravelle. You will be missed by those that were close.
